“To Catch A Fish”
In this Traditional, Classical, Animated Film, the main character is a dog, "Faithful", who is entrusted to guard the Master's "Catch of the Day", only to be tested by 3 fowl thieves. The style is reminiscent of the old hand-drawn, cell painted shorts. The visuals tell the story and the music complements and accents the action.
Director Biography
Debbie Bonzon has worked professionally as an animator, storyboard artist and directer for over 2 decades, primarily on TV shows, and theatrical, features. She currently lives in New Mexico with her husband and 5 children and has been producing short films and children books.
Director’s Statement
It is my desire to create animated films that will glorify God and edify the body of the Christ. Artistically, I enjoy the artform of hand drawn animation in the classical sense, especially as it is shot on film. It is my hope to create films that are pleasing to look at and create a pleasant experience for the viewer.
