Synopsis:

A misunderstanding between Nadia, a cineast and her former lover sparks a slow-burning conflict that delves deep into their shared past, exploring the bittersweet nuances of longing and moving on and navigating the complexities of love and heartbreak.

Meet the filmmaker

Amani Jaafer was born in Tunis in 1995. She is an artist and scientist based in Stockholm. Parallel to her engineering studies, she attended Stockholm Film School. She took part of various screenwriting workshops. Je te ferai un film is her directorial debut. Her project A Curious Boy has been selected at Short Script Lab with Doha Film Institute. She’s currently developing her first feature film, A la Recherche d’une Rhapsodie.
