A lonely, everyman named Frankie gets a strange cake delivered to his house one day, on the icing are the numbers 1999. That night he has a strange dream where he meets and dances with a girl. She tells him she’s done something bad, but that he needs to keep the secret, and that it all started in 1999. His dreams and visions begin to become more and more dissonant. Frankie is torn between keeping his friend’s promise and telling the truth about it all.
